Find relief from your stress, relaxation for your mind, and rejuvenation for your soul.

Sound Therapy

Sound therapy is a practice which uses instruments, both ancient and modern, to help us find our way back to our natural states of well-being. Within a session, the practitioner will use a variety of instruments whose vibrations induce relaxation, empowering the client’s own potential toward mental, physical and emotional transformation.

The Instruments

Sounds for Well-Being uses a variety of instruments meticulously chosen for their therapeutic impact. From instruments whose beginnings are thousands of years old – like gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls, and Shamanic Drums – to more recent entries into the Sound Therapy world – like Crystal Singing Bowls, Crystal Bells, tuning forks and “Thunder Drums,” Sounds for Well-Being has more than thirty unique instruments available to address your particular needs.
